  • An international hospitality company spent two years planning how to migrate over 100 million loyalty club members profile data into a more scalable cloud platform.
  • The migration effort stagnated without a lean programmatic approach.

  • Coordinated with the vendor providing the cloud platform to ensure proper setup and implementation.
Project Success
  • Within 6 months, the project went from an idea to a functional tool.  A rigorous testing effort was done to ensure minimal defects and disruptions to club members and their ability to make bookings. 
  • After 10 months, the solution was rolled out globally.
  • This platform is the foundation for other critical functionality such as migrating members from a 4-digit PIN to a complex password, social login, and progressive profiling.
