A large insurance firm struggled with high volumes of help desk tickets, long turn around times, constant interruptions and siloed efforts between functional teams.  They wanted to move their enterprise to a lean delivery methodology but lacked the experience to do so.



Client enlisted ImagineX to launch their first effort to implement agile practices across their 70 person IT organization. We introduced agile practices to the IT organization via custom training programs and then reorganized the teams based on projects or initiatives.



Teams adopted Kanban or Scrum methods based on their projects and work types. Jira boards and daily standups were implemented by ImagineX to create alignment around priorities and build visibility into what was blocked or waiting on action from other part of the business. Our coaches worked closely with internal Allied World employees transitioning to Scrum Master and Product Owner roles to ensure success after the engagement ended
